Life projects

It is quite a long time since my last post. I decided to write in English for all of those who can't read Slovenian and for me to practice my skills ;)

This year I was occupied with two big projects. One I finished and one I still working on.
On 1st of June I did my hardest route so far called Kaj ti je deklica? graded 8b+. It took a lots of work and patience of me as I was very close before Kalymnos holidays in April but my mind was not ready for this. The mental game began and I needed a good psychical rest in tufa paradise. I came home stronger and relaxed and it was just a matter of time to reach the top. I still hardly believe what does it mean as there is not many female amateur who did it. But I believe that is still not my limit...

Rest after the crux in Kaj ti je deklica? 8b+

The other project and the main reason for my lack of time is a renovation of our new home. Now it is almost finished but it has taken a lot of time and dedication for Borut and me. This work is a pleasure and a big opportunity for me as initial reference for my future architecture planning.

Old living room
New living room
The house was 50 years old prefabricated house with many small rooms in bad conditions. I made a plan of new layout with one living area with kitchen, dinning table and sofa with TV set. We remove the old balcony and add a big new terrace with glass roof connected to house with big panoramic windows. I love the green scenery of my new home and a pretty little town of Škofja Loka where is the best training conditions for world champions climber ;)
